Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items back into their original designer boxes with all security tags intact and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid boutique shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
